Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 1/4 cup rice flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut potatoes into even-sized fries.
- Toss fries with rice flour, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place fries in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Check for crispiness and cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak potatoes in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best results.
