Description
Crispy risotto balls made in an air fryer with a hint of truffle for a rich flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked risotto
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp truffle oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Mix risotto, Parmesan, egg, truffle oil, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Coat each ball with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use leftover risotto for best results.
- Adjust truffle oil to taste.
- Serve with marinara or aioli.
