Description

Crispy risotto balls made in an air fryer with a hint of truffle for a rich flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked risotto
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp truffle oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Mix risotto, Parmesan, egg, truffle oil, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  3. Coat each ball with breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve warm.
