Description
A delicious and healthy salad featuring crispy tofu cooked in an air fryer and topped with a flavorful peanut sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 4 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup peanut sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss tofu cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Air fry tofu for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until crispy.
- Arrange salad greens on a plate.
- Top with crispy tofu, chopped peanuts, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with peanut sauce and serve.
Notes
- Press tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess water.
- Adjust peanut sauce amount to your taste.
- Use gluten-free soy sauce if needed.
