Description

Crispy wontons filled with shrimp, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • 200g shrimp, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp green onions, finely chopped


Instructions

  1. Mix shrimp, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, water, and green onions in a bowl.
  2. Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper into a triangle and press edges to seal.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  5. Arrange wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
  • Spray wontons lightly with oil for extra crispiness.
  • Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
