Description
Crispy wontons filled with shrimp, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 20 wonton wrappers
- 200g shrimp, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Mix shrimp, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, water, and green onions in a bowl.
- Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper into a triangle and press edges to seal.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Arrange wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Spray wontons lightly with oil for extra crispiness.
- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
