Description
Tender chicken thighs cooked in a honey garlic sauce using an air fryer or crock pot.
Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- 1 tbsp water (optional, for slurry)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Place chicken thighs in a bowl or ziplock bag and coat with the marinade. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- For air fryer: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Cook thighs for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- For crock pot: Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- If using cornstarch, mix with water, stir into sauce, and cook until thickened.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
Notes
- Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
- Adjust honey for desired sweetness.
- Use foil in the air fryer for easier cleanup.
