Description

Tender chicken thighs cooked in a honey garlic sauce using an air fryer or crock pot.


Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • 1 tbsp water (optional, for slurry)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a bowl or ziplock bag and coat with the marinade. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. For air fryer: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Cook thighs for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. For crock pot: Cook on low for 5-6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. If using cornstarch, mix with water, stir into sauce, and cook until thickened.
  6. Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
