Description
Crispy jackfruit chips seasoned with cumin and lime, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups young green jackfruit, shredded
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/4 tsp chili powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss jackfruit with olive oil, cumin, salt, and lime juice.
- Spread evenly in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for crispness and cook 2-3 more minutes if needed.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use canned young jackfruit in brine for easiest prep
- Adjust spice levels to your preference
- Chips will crisp more as they cool
- Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 3 days
