Description
Crispy and delicious curly fries made in an air fryer. A healthier alternative to deep-fried fries.
Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Use a spiralizer to cut the potatoes into curly fries.
- Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and pat dry the fries thoroughly.
- Toss the fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the fries lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
