Description

Crispy and delicious curly fries made in an air fryer. A healthier alternative to deep-fried fries.


Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes.
  2. Use a spiralizer to cut the potatoes into curly fries.
  3. Soak the fries in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  4. Drain and pat dry the fries thoroughly.
  5. Toss the fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  7. Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

  • For extra crispiness, spray the fries lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
