Description

Crispy and flavorful chickpea chips infused with aromatic curry leaves, made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 10-12 fresh curry leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


Instructions

  1. Mix chickpea flour, water, olive oil, and spices in a bowl to form a thick batter.
  2. Add chopped curry leaves and mix well.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Drop small spoonfuls of batter onto the air fryer tray, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool before serving.
