Description

A dairy-free chicken pot pie casserole made in the air fryer for a quick and easy meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 cup dairy-free cream (such as coconut milk)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp dairy-free butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sheet dairy-free puff pastry


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a pan, melt dairy-free butter and whisk in flour to make a roux.
  3. Add chicken broth and dairy-free cream, stirring until thickened.
  4. Mix in shredded chicken, vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour mixture into a baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
