Ingredients
- 16 Oreo cookies (divided)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Crush 12 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 6-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in sour cream and whipped cream.
- Crush the remaining 4 Oreos and fold into the filling.
- Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 20 minutes.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
