Description
Crispy and flavorful garlic and lemon zest chips made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the potatoes.
- Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Toss slices with olive oil, garlic powder, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.

- Slice potatoes evenly for uniform cooking.
- Check chips frequently to prevent burning.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
