Description

A quick and easy herb and cheese bread made in the air fryer, perfect for a savory snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried herbs (such as oregano, thyme, or rosemary)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, Parmesan, cheddar, and dried herbs.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and melted butter.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan or air fryer-safe dish.
  6. Place in the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
