A quick and easy herb and cheese bread made in the air fryer, perfect for a savory snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried herbs (such as oregano, thyme, or rosemary)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, Parmesan, cheddar, and dried herbs.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, and melted butter.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan or air fryer-safe dish.
- Place in the air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can use fresh herbs instead of dried for a stronger flavor.
- For a gluten-free version, substitute all-purpose flour with a gluten-free blend.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
