Description
Easy-to-make salted caramel truffles using an air fryer for a crispy exterior and gooey center.
Ingredients
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Mix caramel sauce, heavy cream, and sea salt in a bowl.
- Freeze the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Roll into small balls and freeze for another 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.
- Coat each caramel ball in melted chocolate.
- Roll in crushed graham crackers.
- Air fry at 350°F for 3 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Adjust salt to taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
