Description

Crispy air-fried wontons with a delicious filling, perfect as an appetizer or snack.


Ingredients

  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup ground pork or chicken
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp water (for sealing)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  2. Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the wrapper diagonally to form a triangle and press edges to seal.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Lightly spray wontons with oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
  • Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
