Description
Crispy air-fried wontons with a delicious filling, perfect as an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- 20 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 cup ground pork or chicken
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of the wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper diagonally to form a triangle and press edges to seal.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray wontons with oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Use a meat substitute for a vegetarian version.
