Description
A crispy air fryer pizza with a tangy dill pickle dip base made from sour cream.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix sour cream, chopped pickles, pickle juice, dried dill, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Spread the dill pickle dip evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Place pizza in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and crust is crispy.
- Garnish with fresh dill if desired.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust pickle juice for desired tanginess.
- Use a perforated pizza pan for better air circulation.
- For extra crunch, add chopped pickles on top after baking.
