Description

A crispy air fryer pizza with a tangy dill pickle dip base made from sour cream.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh dill for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix sour cream, chopped pickles, pickle juice, dried dill, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Spread the dill pickle dip evenly over the pizza crust.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Place pizza in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and crust is crispy.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill if desired.
