Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix flour, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make a batter.
- Coat cauliflower florets in the batter.
- Place florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
- Mix hot sauce and melted butter in a bowl.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce.
- Serve immediately.
