Description
A quick and easy air fryer grilled cheese sandwich with double the cheese for extra flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice of cheddar and one slice of mozzarella between the bread slices, buttered side out.
- Place sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any cheese combination you prefer.
- For extra crispiness, brush outer bread with more butter.
- Check frequently to avoid burning.
