Description
Crispy, juicy chicken tenders made easily in the air fryer. Perfect for a quick weeknight meal or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs and water in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken tender in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook 5 more minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray tenders lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Leftovers keep in fridge for 3 days.
