Description
A simple and delicious recipe for creamy garlic butter lobster tails cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Cut the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise and lift the meat slightly.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, cream, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- Place lobster tails in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve immediately with extra garlic butter sauce.
