Description

A simple and delicious recipe for creamy garlic butter lobster tails cooked in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Cut the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise and lift the meat slightly.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, cream, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  5. Place lobster tails in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately with extra garlic butter sauce.
