Description
Quick and easy turkey wraps made using an air fryer, perfect for meal prep and freezer storage.
Ingredients
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced avocado
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread Greek yogurt evenly on each tortilla.
- Layer turkey, cheese, tomatoes, and avocado on one side of the tortilla.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place wraps in the air fryer basket, seam side down.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before wrapping for freezer storage.
Notes
- Use cold cooked turkey for best results.
- Wrap individually in foil or parchment paper before freezing.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 3-4 minutes from frozen.
