Description
Quick and easy no-bake energy balls made in an air fryer for a healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry at 300°F for 5 minutes to slightly crisp the outside.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Substitute almond butter for peanut butter if needed.
- Add dried fruit or nuts for extra texture.
