Description

Quick and easy no-bake energy balls made in an air fryer for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the balls in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  4. Air fry at 300°F for 5 minutes to slightly crisp the outside.
  5. Let cool before serving.
