Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets (like cod or tilapia)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Coat fish fillets with olive oil and season with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Place fish in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Warm tortillas in the air fryer for 30 seconds.
- Flake the fish into pieces and divide among tortillas.
- Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, cilantro, and a drizzle of sour cream.
- Serve with lime wedges.
