Description

A quick and easy breakfast sandwich made with eggs, ham, and your choice of bread, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy texture.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (whole wheat, white, or sourdough)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 slice of ham
  • 1 slice of cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon butter or cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Lightly butter one side of each bread slice or coat with cooking spray.
  3. Place one bread slice, buttered side down, in the air fryer basket.
  4. Top with ham and cheese (if using).
  5. Crack the egg onto the sandwich, season with salt and pepper, and cover with the second bread slice, buttered side up.
  6. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the egg is set and the bread is golden brown.
  7. Remove carefully, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
