Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp water (for sealing)
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  3. Place 2 tbsp of filling on each egg roll wrapper.
  4. Fold sides inward, then roll tightly. Seal edges with water.
  5. Lightly spray egg rolls with cooking oil.
