Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing)
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Place 2 tbsp of filling on each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold sides inward, then roll tightly. Seal edges with water.
- Lightly spray egg rolls with cooking oil.
- Arrange in air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip halfway.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
