Description
Empanada-style beef bites made in the air fryer for a crispy, flavorful snack.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 package empanada dough discs
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook ground beef and onions in a pan until browned.
- Add garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the beef mixture.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture onto each empanada dough disc.
- Fold dough over and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush empanadas with egg wash.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Seal edges tightly to prevent filling from leaking.
