Description
Crispy fennel chips made in the air fryer with a parmesan topping.
Ingredients
- 1 large fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss fennel slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the chips and cook for another 1-2 minutes until melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Slice fennel as thin as possible for crispier chips.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
