Description
Crispy, golden feta cheese sticks made in an air fryer for a quick and delicious snack.
Ingredients
- 200g feta cheese, cut into sticks
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
- Cut the feta cheese into sticks.
- In one bowl, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, place the flour.
- In a third bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each feta stick into the flour, then the egg, and finally the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly coat the sticks with olive oil.
- Place the sticks in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use firm feta cheese for best results.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Serve with marinara sauce or tzatziki.
