Description
Crispy fettuccine fritters made in an air fryer for a healthier twist on pasta patties.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked fettuccine
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cooked fettuccine, egg, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Brush patties lightly with olive oil.
- Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use leftover pasta for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.
