Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the fish dry and cut into strips.
  3. Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
