Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Pat the fish dry and cut into strips.
- Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the fish strips with the spice mixture.
- Place fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
- Warm the tortillas in the air fryer for 1 minute.
- Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, and red onion.
- Serve with lime wedges and sour cream if desired.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on fish thickness.
- For extra crunch, lightly spray fish with oil before air frying.
- Use flour tortillas if corn tortillas are unavailable.
