A quick and easy air fryer focaccia Italian sandwich filled with fresh ingredients and rich flavors.
Ingredients
- 2 slices focaccia bread
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 slices tomato
- 4-5 fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Brush olive oil on one side of each focaccia slice.
- Layer mozzarella, tomato, and basil on one slice.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the second focaccia slice, oiled side up.
- Place the sandwich in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until the bread is crispy and the cheese melts.
- Remove, cut in half, and serve warm.
