Description
Crispy and tangy fried pickle chips made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dill pickle chips
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Pat pickle chips dry with a paper towel.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
- Dip each pickle chip in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use pickle chips, not spears, for best results.
- Make sure pickles are dry before coating.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- For extra crispiness, flip halfway through cooking.
