Description
Crispy air fryer fried pickles served with a creamy ranch dip. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the pickle slices dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Dip each pickle slice in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Dip again in buttermilk, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Mix ranch dressing with fresh dill for dipping.
- Serve immediately.

- Use thick-cut pickles for best results.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
