Description

Crispy air fryer fried pickles served with a creamy ranch dip. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill (chopped)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pickle slices dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  4. Dip each pickle slice in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
  5. Dip again in buttermilk, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
  8. Mix ranch dressing with fresh dill for dipping.
  9. Serve immediately.
