Description
Crispy fried ravioli bites made in an air fryer for a quick and delicious snack.
Ingredients
- 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese ravioli
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Dredge each ravioli in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Place ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve with marinara sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray ravioli lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- Use mini ravioli for bite-sized appetizers.
