Description

Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into wedges and soak in cold water for 15 minutes
- Pat dry wedges thoroughly
- Toss wedges with oil and seasonings
- Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway
- Mix buffalo sauce and butter
- Toss cooked wedges in sauce mixture
- Serve immediately
