Description
A quick and flavorful fish bowl made with garlic butter and cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup steamed vegetables (broccoli, carrots)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the fish fillets evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the fish in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until flaky.
- Serve the fish over cooked rice with steamed vegetables.
