Ingredients
- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C)
- Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway
- Mix melted butter with garlic and herbs
- Toss cooked fries with garlic butter mixture
- Serve immediately
