Description

A quick and flavorful air fryer salmon dish with garlic butter, spinach, and mushrooms in a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, and lemon juice, then brush over salmon.
  4. Place salmon in air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
  5. In a pan, heat olive oil, sauté mushrooms and spinach until soft.
  6. Add heavy cream, stir, and simmer for 2 minutes.
