Description
A quick and flavorful air fryer salmon dish with garlic butter, spinach, and mushrooms in a creamy sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and lemon juice, then brush over salmon.
- Place salmon in air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes.
- In a pan, heat olive oil, sauté mushrooms and spinach until soft.
- Add heavy cream, stir, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Plate salmon and top with the creamy spinach-mushroom sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on salmon thickness.
