Description

Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss steak bites with melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place steak in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- While steak cooks, heat cream in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
