Crispy sweet potato stacks with garlic butter, cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme in a bowl.
- Toss sweet potato slices in the garlic butter mixture.
- Stack slices vertically in small piles in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until crispy and golden.
Notes
- Use a mandoline for even slices.
- Check doneness at 10 minutes.
