Description
Crispy tortilla chips flavored with garlic butter, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 small flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut tortillas into triangles or strips.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Toss tortilla pieces in the garlic butter mixture until coated.
- Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For extra crispiness, cook in batches.
