Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced into fries
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip each avocado slice into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated avocado fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
