Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and soak in cold water for 10 minutes. Pat dry.
  3. Toss wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
