Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into thin shoe-string strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, mix minced garlic, parmesan, and dried parsley.
- Toss the cooked fries with the garlic-parmesan mixture.
- Serve immediately.
