Description
Crispy homemade chips with garlic, parmesan, and smoked paprika made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Slice potatoes into thin rounds.
- Toss slices with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- For crispier chips, soak potato slices in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on thickness of slices.
