Description
Crispy gingerbread apple chips made easily in your air fryer. A healthy, sweet snack with warm spices.
Ingredients
- 2 large apples
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
Instructions
- Slice apples thinly with a knife or mandoline.
- Toss apple slices with maple syrup and spices.
- Arrange slices in air fryer basket in single layer.
- Cook at 350°F for 8 minutes, flip slices.
- Cook another 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use firm apples like Honeycrisp or Granny Smith.
- Thinner slices crisp better.
- Store in airtight container for up to 3 days.
