Description
Crispy air-fried nuggets coated in spicy Korean gochugaru for a bold flavor with minimal effort.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Mix gochugaru, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey in a bowl.
- Toss chicken cubes in the marinade. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Coat each piece with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place in air fryer basket in single layer. Cook at 380°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve immediately with dipping sauce if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil before air frying
- Adjust gochugaru amount for preferred heat level
