Description
Crispy and healthy beet chips made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 2 medium golden beets, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss beet slices with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
