Description
Easy-to-make gooey mozzarella biscuit bombs cooked in an air fryer for a crispy outside and melty cheese inside.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a mozzarella cube in the center.
- Fold dough around cheese and seal tightly.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley.
- Brush each biscuit bomb with butter mixture.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use string cheese sticks for easier portioning.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
