Description
Crispy and flavorful Greek-style roast potatoes made in an air fryer with feta cheese.
Ingredients
- 500g baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Sprinkle the feta cheese over the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can use larger potatoes cut into chunks if baby potatoes are unavailable.
- Adjust cooking time based on the size of your potatoes.
- Serve hot for the best texture.
