Description

Crispy and flavorful Greek-style roast potatoes made in an air fryer with feta cheese.


Ingredients

  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 100g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
  2. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
  5. Sprinkle the feta cheese over the potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • You can use larger potatoes cut into chunks if baby potatoes are unavailable.
  • Adjust cooking time based on the size of your potatoes.
