Description
Crispy Greek salmon bites cooked in an air fryer, served with a refreshing tzatziki sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillet, cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
- For the tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, and dill in a bowl.
- Serve salmon bites with tzatziki sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for best results.
- Drain excess liquid from the grated cucumber to avoid a watery sauce.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
