Description

Crispy Greek salmon bites cooked in an air fryer, served with a refreshing tzatziki sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dill, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix salmon cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
  5. For the tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, and dill in a bowl.
  6. Serve salmon bites with tzatziki sauce.
